The Bricks Law Firm, PC offers services in the following practice areas:
Bankruptcy
Our primary bankruptcy focus involves representing individual and business debtors in chapter 7 and chapter 13 filings. We represent clients from the initial consultation through the closing of the case. This involves face-to-face meetings between our attorneys and you, the client. We represent you in court, and we are hands on in advising you throughout the entire process.
Wills/Estates
Our probate practice is primarily focused on drafting wills and power of attorneys (both healthcare and financial). We also probate estates for clients who have had a family member pass away, whether or not the decedent had a will.
Real Estate
We conduct residential real estate closings for Georgia properties. Although technically the closing attorney is a representative of the lender at the closing, we work closely with the purchaser and seller to make sure the closing goes smoothly. As the closing attorney, we conduct a title search, provide the purchaser with a title insurance policy, prepare all closing documents, disburse funds and send the appropriate paperwork to the courts for filing.
Business Formation
If you have a business which you are trying to get off the ground, we will take all steps necessary to file the appropriate paper work with the Secretary of State’s office. We file both corporations and limited liability companies, and will help you obtain your tax id number in an expedited fashion.
Debt Negotiation
We help debtors reach settlement agreements with their creditors, which among other things can help individual debtors avoid filing bankruptcy.
Personal Injury
We represent injured plaintiffs on a contingency basis in tort actions against the offending party.
This is a legal advertisement. We are a debt relief agency proudly assisting consumers in filing bankruptcy. However, there is no attorney/client relationship with the reader of this message unless there is a fee agreement. Your situation is unique to you, and we would need to consult with you individually before we could offer you applicable and accurate legal advice.
